1. Who we are

Stalion VTOL BNF (https://flightoryprinted.com) is operated by FIVE QUANTUM BITS S.R.L., JUD. CONSTANŢA, MUN. CONSTANŢA, PRL. VIILOR, NR.7, CAMERA 1, CONSTANŢA, registration number , VAT/tax ID 46616506, e-mail pavel@flightoryprinted.com, phone +40724627057 (the "Seller").

2. Definitions and acceptance

"Customer" means any natural or legal person placing an order or request through the site. "Product" means any good or service presented on the site. By using the site and placing an order the Customer accepts these terms in full. The Seller may update the terms; the version published on the order date applies.

3. Products and prices

Products are described on their pages. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes; delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; the Customer is informed before the order is fulfilled and may cancel free of charge.

4. Orders and contract

Orders are placed through the site form. The distance contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail or phone. Accepted payment methods: Card online (Stripe), Bank transfer. The Seller may refuse an order in case of incomplete data, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier to the address provided, within the time communicated at confirmation. Risk passes to the Customer on receipt. The Customer should inspect the parcel on delivery and report visible damage to the courier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, by written notice to pavel@flightoryprinted.com. The product must be returned in its delivered condition with all accessories within 14 days of the notice; return costs are borne by the consumer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method. Custom-made or clearly personalised products and sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded.

7. Warranty and conformity

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months for consumers in the EU) and by any commercial warranty stated on the product page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or normal wear. Claims are sent to pavel@flightoryprinted.com with proof of purchase.

8. Liability, force majeure, intellectual property

The Seller is liable within the limits set by law. Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by force majeure. The site content (texts, images, trademarks, code) belongs to the Seller or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts. EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Seller's country. Last updated: 15.10.2026.
